      Tai chi, nice n simple

      Really good concise book covering a ten movement form, I've been studying tai chi for around five years, and Paul has made the basic movements understandable and accessible to anyone, now comes the hard part mastering the movements and improving. Well worth a read.

      Sorry about the time but I've checked and your book has been printed and sent, so you should get it soon. I don't know the delivery times to Australia from Uk but it will arrive!
      One other thing to remember (for another time) is that if you opt for 'tracking' when ordering, you'll be able to follow the delivery dates and progress at all times.
      But do let me know if you haven't received it soon.

      This book and--I suggest--some of the videos are as close as you're going to get to live one-on-one teaching. The approach is smart, creative and incredibly enjoyable. I've followed Paul's work for years and he keeps to the heart of the practice without any of the unnecessary, exotic coverings. Highly recommended.
